Fees, Hours, Location, Etc.

Before beginning treatment at Natural Chinese Medicine, all patients are given a comprehensive assessment using both Eastern as well as Western assessment techniques. This initial assessment is the most important visit of all because it is used to determine three things:

1. Whether or not we can help you.
2. And if we can help you, what type of treatment plan would be the best for you.
3. How long it will take for you to expect to see significant improvements.

The fee for the initial assessment is $125. This includes the physical exam, patient history, report of findings, nutritional/herbal evaluation, and treatment plan recommendations.

Follow-up office visits are $75. Depending upon your unique health care needs, follow-up visits may include a combination of traditional acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and nutritional recommendations.

The cost of supplements and herbal remedies is not included in the office visit fee. If it is deemed to be appropriate for you, most of our supplement and herbal programs cost from $60 to $100 per month.

Do you accept any insurances?

No.

We do not participate in any forms of health care insurance, HMO, PPO, Workman’s Comp, No-Fault, etc.
If your insurance plan covers acupuncture (which some do), we will provide you with an itemized superbill reciept at the end of each office visit. You can then submit this bill to your insurance provider. If your plan covers acupuncture, your provider will reimburse you directly. However, it is your responsibility to know the extent of your insurance coverage as it relates to acupuncture.

Hours

Our clinic is open six days per week.

Ken’s Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 5pm. Saturday from 9am to 1pm

Elly’s Hours: Monday and Thursday from 10:30am to 5pm
